Sometimes life can be a sh*t show. Fortunately, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Howdy! I am a licensed clinical social worker who works with clients from various walks of life ages 18 and older who experience life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship difficulties. As a feminist psychotherapist, mother, and intentionalist, I bring authenticity, advocacy, vulnerability, and compassion to my practice.
Why choose to work with me?
I firmly believe in self-determination meaning that while I can help you to process and navigate experiences, you get to decide the next steps. I enjoy integrating eclectic techniques that encourage client engagement in non-traditional and non-linear ways. Therapy requires change that at times can be discomforting but I truly believe that transformation happens when we allow ourselves to lean into the process and do the work it takes to reclaim our stories, our boundaries, and ultimately our peace.

My Story…
I have over 10 years of experience working with survivors of IPV and their families in many settings, including residential services, prevention education, the legal system, and as a telehealth provider. I am certified in the Danger Assessment, an evidence-based instrument that helps to determine the level of danger an abused woman has of being killed by her intimate partner. I have served as a member of the Board of Directors for the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NCADV) and as a Change Champion for the Family Sunshine Center. Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, boxing, weightlifting, reading, and organizing (I’m a fanatic).
